The discounted structure of PP folding filter element has a large filtration area, low starting pressure difference, fast flow rate, small filter volume and small cost. Since the prefiltration and final filtration are combined into one, the filter element has a large dirt-holding capacity. Longer service life than single-pore filter elements. Single pure polypropylene material, easy to judge its chemical compatibility. However, in addition to the above advantages, PP folding filter element also has small working pressure (generally can not exceed 0.3 Mpa, such as expansion phenomenon beyond pressure micropores), solid easy filtration, unsatisfactory backflushing effect and other disadvantages ,can filter most acids, alkalis and solvents.
